A long-term lease is a standard residential lease, usually for months at a time, priced per month. A short-term rental is a vacation stay priced per night or per week, often with a minimum stay and a cleaning fee.

Yes. Coastal homes are often in FEMA flood zones, which can affect insurance costs and lending. Listings show the flood zone when the agent or owner provides it — always confirm it, and the cost of flood insurance, before you buy or sign.

Listings are posted by the agents and owners themselves. Confirm the details, and view the home if you can, before you pay a deposit or sign anything.

We only list homes in coastal towns. If your ZIP code is not accepted but your home is on or near the coast, contact us and we will take a look.

Many beach towns require a permit or license for short-term rentals. Check with your town, and add the permit number to your listing so renters know it is licensed.
