Built for the seasons

One listing carries sale price, long-term rent, and separate in-season and off-season rates.

Real estate agents

Beach town agents: sell, lease and rent from one listing

Every visitor here wants a home by the water. List homes for sale, for long-term lease, and as in-season and off-season rentals, then answer buyers directly instead of working a lead form that goes nowhere.

Start listing
  • Only coastal towns, so your listings are not buried under inland homes.
  • Bulk-import a whole book of listings from a CSV.
  • Buyers save your homes and get alerts when new ones match, so you stay in front of them.
  • Your vendor profile shows your listings and reviews.
Property managers

Property managers: fill every home you manage, every month

Managing dozens of beach homes means gaps in the calendar. List each property with its own rates and rules, and reach renters who are looking for a stay by the month or a lease once summer ends.

Start listing
  • List many properties from one vendor account, with CSV import for the whole portfolio.
  • One inbox for messages from every listing.
  • Vendor analytics show which homes draw the views, saves and questions.
  • No listing fee and no commission, so owner statements stay clean.
Seasonal residents

Seasonal residents: let your beach home earn when you are away

If you use your beach home in season, the quiet months do not have to be empty ones. Many owners rent the off season by the month, or on a lease, to people who want a winter by the shore. You pick the dates, the rate and who stays.

Start listing
  • Block out your own season and list only the months you are away.
  • Show a monthly or long-term off-season rate next to your in-season rates.
  • Talk to prospective renters yourself before you agree to anything.
  • Check your town's rental permit rules first and put the permit number on your listing.

How it works

  1. 1

Create a free account and verify your email.

  2. 2

Apply to become a vendor and tell us who you are and where you list.

  3. 3

Once approved, add your listings one at a time or import them from a CSV.

  4. 4

Reply to buyers and renters from your dashboard.

We list homes in coastal towns only, and we don't process bookings or payments. You agree dates, rent and paperwork directly with the other party.

Questions

How do I list homes as a realtor?

Create a free account, then apply to become a vendor from your dashboard. Once our team approves you, you can add listings and reply to buyers and renters from your vendor dashboard.

Can I add several listings at once?

Yes. Add listings one at a time from your dashboard, or import posts in bulk from a CSV file.

How do buyers reach me?

Buyers and renters message you straight from your listings, and you reply from your dashboard. Your vendor profile shows your listings and reviews.

Can I list my own home without an agent?

Yes. Home owners can apply to become a vendor and list their home for sale, for lease or as a vacation rental.

Can I rent my home in season and lease it off season?

Yes. Each listing has separate in-season and off-season rates, plus a monthly rate, so you can show both on one listing.

Why can't I list my home?

We only list homes in coastal towns. If your ZIP code is not accepted but your home is on or near the coast, contact us and we will take a look.

Do I need a rental permit?

Many beach towns require a permit or license for short-term rentals. Check with your town, and add the permit number to your listing so renters know it is licensed.
